Return Policy Pera Group takes pride in their products and services. If for any reason, the original purchaser may return a product within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We must be contacted within those 30 days in order to receive a return authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized prior to being returned. All returns must reach us within 7 business days after granted authorization. If you return an item after the 30 days or without an authorization, a credit or refund will not be granted. If an item is returned within the allotted time frame, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange less than applicable fees as mentioned in the cancellation policy. It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. You are responsible for adequately protecting the watch during shipment.     General Shipping Information Any products or Services purchased on SwappWatch.com will not be shipped until orders are paid in full. Any orders prior to shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Pera Group reserves the right to charge a minimum restocking fee for any products that we accept back for return. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. Pera Group distributes some of the finest watches manufactured in Europe and /or Swiss Made. Due to the quality and craftsmanship please allow three to four weeks for delivery due to delayed shipping. Any order purchased in Michigan or Kentucky is subject to state sales taxes.  Cancellation Policy Pera Group will attempt to cancel an unshipped order, provided you notify us with in 24 hours of placing an order. Pera Group reserves the rights to a 10% cancellation fee for all orders cancelled prior to 24 hours. Pera Group also reserves the rights to a 25% cancellation fee for any order or service provided for any orders cancelled after 24 hours.
